As Time Goes By

£265.00

When I was growing up as a child in the West of Ireland, we would pick dandelion seed heads and blow on them, dispersing the seeds into the air. In between each puff, we would count the time on the clock and say, “One o’clock, two, o’clock, three o’clock” and so on until all the seeds had blown away.

This is an original abstract, modern art drawing created by me on lovely, smooth Bockingford watercolour paper using Unison pastels , watercolour and black ink. It is titled “Birbs”

Mounted in a white mount ready for a 14 x 11 ins. frame.

I only use the highest quality materials in my work to ensure longevity. It is sprayed with a Winsor and Newton fixative to protect against fading. As with all works of art, it should not be hung in direct sunlight.
